Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host cancelled an hour before check-in, didnt tell us why, and refused to communicate further, leaving my family with no where to go on extremely short notice. Very unprofessional and unsafe. Do not stay here unless you want the host to pull the rug out from under you.
