Very beautiful place. Nice antique furniture. Marble floors and staircase. Very nice kitchen. May not be great for younger children because of beautiful and expensive decor and marbled floor and staircase. However does not match description. Only three bathrooms not five. One of the bathrooms in a room leaving two for general use. Beds do match description except for room containing two doubles there is only one making 9 twins and one double in 5 bedrooms. Which is great for large groups. There is no hot tub and a clothesline for dryer which was rusty and ruined some of our clothes when we did not notice it in the dark. Host was helpful and fair. When he helped us park we got a ticket that night and he took care of it. When we had problems with hot water he came over though the problem continued to exist. The marble floors in the bathrooms are very slick when wet from the shower. There are no supplied bath mats which would be extremely helpful and safer when getting out. Tub /shower did not work leaving only two showers for party of eight. There were no basic supplies. Luckily we had brought some. There was no paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, mop etc. Host did bring toilet paper the next day. Parking is nearly impossible. We had to park a long ways away after our first experience. You will struggle with a large van or car. A couple of nicer places to eat close by. Fish place excellent. It was too cold to enjoy the very nice roof top lounging area.
