Very clean, nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to local shopping and restaurant area. Host was fabulous and thought of all amenities a guest would need for a relaxing stay.

What a fantastic space. Every detail was considered -from the comfort of the bed to the design of the kitchen to the smell of the shower amenities. There were books with Proctor district history and local roast coffee, access to amazon prime movies, good temperature and air control. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood too! Highly recommend.

This is an absolutely delightful cottage. I stayed there with my husband and daughter, and it is a cozy, centrally-located place to stay. The host was communicative, the cottage was spotless, and the host added lovely little touches to make it extra comfortable.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Tacoma VRBO. It was truly the cleanest and cutest rental we’ve ever stayed in — every detail was spotless and beautifully curated. The Pacific Northwest decor touches made it feel cozy, thoughtful, and perfectly in tune with the surroundings.The host was incredibly communicative and welcoming. We were greeted with local snacks and drinks stocked in the refrigerator, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. You can really tell they’ve put care into anticipating guests’ needs — everything we could have possibly wanted was already there.The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and we slept so well during our stay. It felt comfortable, peaceful, and like a true home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tacoma. Five stars all the way.

My wife and I stayed for one evening in the Carriage House. We liked the 3pm check-in as it helped us with planning our evening. We arrived and quickly got settled and we were astonished by how well this two bedroom was laid out. The finishes were very nice and it was extremely clean. The host had some snacks laid out for our stay, bottled and canned water in the fridge, and gourmet coffee for our morning wake up. Absolutely fabulous stay. When you factor in parking cost at hotels this is more economical and so much nicer!! We will be back!!
