Family-friendly OCEANFRONT villa with stunning views

Villa Aqua Bella is a warm and welcoming oceanfront home situated inside an acre of beautifully landscaped tropical paradise, on the luxurious but quiet south shore of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.

Only 15 minutes from the international airport, in the Turtle Tail area, you’ll only have to relax in your own private home of 3 bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms.

Take a dip in your own pristine pool, or walk into the turquoise ocean waters beyond. The water is very shallow and calm, perfect for a family with kids and for swimming. Two 2-person kayaks, one single-person kayak, two stand-up paddle boards, and life jackets are provided. You can reach three small islands in a few minutes by kayaking.

This house has high vaulted ceilings throughout. The furniture has a caribbean style that gives you the Island vibe and helps you slow down and relax. All bedrooms and common areas have air-conditionning. The large doors and windows allow cool tropical breezes. Enjoy a calm evening in the screened veranda and look at the sky full of stars.

All bedrooms are spacious, have newly renovated en-suite bathrooms and are equipped with a TV. The master suite enjoys amazing ocean views and doors that provide easy access to the pool deck. The master bedroom has a king bed. The master bathroom features two vanities and a large shower with multiple shower heads. The second bedroom has also a king bed and a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed and a bunk bed. In the living room, there are two more twin sleeper sofas to accommodate up to 2 more guests. A pack and play is also available for a baby. The fourth bathroom has a bath.

The grocery store is only a 7-minute drive. If you want to prepare your own meals, you will have everything you need in this villa. The kitchen has granite counter tops, high end appliances, a breakfast bar, and two wine cellars. There is a BBQ grill outside. If you prefer to go to the restaurant, you will have plenty of choices, only 10 minutes away. Relax in a spacious living and a lovely dining area. The living room has a big screen HDTV and free wi-fi.

This house has a surveillance system and is gated. The property uses key-less electronic door locks.

Air conditioning is metered and charged back to the guest at a current market rate. Ask for rates for 9 or 10 guests.
