Just 4.5 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds, the home is well suited for Coachella and Stagecoach guests, with a convenient 10–15-minute walk to the nearest official shuttle stop for stress free festival access.

Inside, the bright open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a comfortable space for relaxing or entertaining. The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with comfortable furnishings, generous storage, and hotel style linens. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and fully stocked essentials.

Guests enjoy three Samsung Smart TVs, in-home washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heat, and thoughtful touches designed for extended or multi week stays.

We had such a wonderful stay at this La Quinta home. The host was incredibly reliable and responsive, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. The house itself was beautiful— spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from the kitchen essentials to extra touches that made our stay even more comfortable.The space was large, inviting, and perfect for relaxing, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to truly unwind. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene getaway.

The pictures don't do justice, this is an beautiful home, very clean, every linen, every appliance, every pot and pan was brand new for our stay. This home is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub and pool are amazing, an app is enabled to heat the hot tub, the view of the mountains from the pool deck is amazing. Communication with the owners was outstanding, we were so happy we took a chance on this VRBO, which didn't have any reviews at the time of the booking. The location is walking distance to Old La Quinta, hiking is just a short drive away. I will be back!
