Very nice place, pet friendly, had everything you needed for a stay! Definitely would stay there again! First thing we noticed when we walked in the door was a clean smell! Everything was perfect for a couple of days of relaxation!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Was able to dock our boat right out back for easy access. The house was perfect for our weekend getaway with a family of 5. The board games were an awesome touch for the kids.

Why they chose this property

The all-sports Big Chapman Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in the state as it is spring-fed. If you are into fishing, you'd love the variety in this lake - bass, walleye, pike, perch, you name it! It's a fisherman's dream! Our family loves taking the paddleboards and kayaks to the nearby sandbar to hang out or play volleyball. We also love the warm and enviting neighborly vibes. We are 10 minutes away from beautiful downtown Winona and 12 minutes from downtown Warsaw. Our family enjoys going into town for coffee, ice cream, and dinner.

What makes this property unique

The backyard feels like an extension of the living room. You can sit on the couch and take in the views of the lake. The firepit in the backyard is the perfect way to wrap up a fun day of activities. We provide all you need to enjoy your stay - coffee, tea, games, books, outdoor games, paddleboards, kayaks, and a variety of life jacket sizes (guests responsible for ensuring they have the right size). In addition to the bunk beds that your kids will love, both king and queen size beds are provided for an extra comfortable stay.
