The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please text 512-201-3567 if you need anything ahead of your check-in time or during your stay.
During a 30 day stay we will work with you to schedule housekeeping to clean and replace sheets and towels.
We also provide beach towels for your use on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers and at Schlitterbahn Water Park.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
