The Creekline Residence is a comfortable extended stay rental in a quiet south Austin neighborhood near the St. Elmo district, minutes from the best of the rest - South First Street, South Congress Avenue, downtown, the Circuit of the Americas, the University of Texas at Austin campus, the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and much more.

This fully-furnished home is designed to help you relax. French doors open to a spacious backyard. The Hula Hu convenience store around the corner offers a great selection of local brews. Pick up the local weekly, the Austin Chronicle, while you're there for the most up-to-date info on what to do and where to go.

Inside, The Creekline is tastefully decorated. The kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms have been renovated in keeping with the character of the home. A guest bath and laundry room are found just off of the kitchen. All three guest bedrooms are upstairs, including the master and main bathrooms.

Connect to the high-speed Wifi for all your music and media needs. A 55" high-definition television is downstairs in the living room, with a comfortable sofa, and a selection of DVDs and games. In the dining area, the table seats four. The fully-stocked kitchen is great for both homemade and take-out meals, and has seating for two at the bar.
