Together, the homes offer a total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (6 full and 2 half), comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests.

Each home includes its own fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms, making it easy for multiple families or groups to enjoy. Whether you’re sharing meals, cooking together, or lounging in separate living spaces, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to both homes during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, kitchen, and any amenities listed. Outdoor spaces and parking are also included. The home is exclusively yours to enjoy, with no shared spaces, so you can relax and make yourself at home.

Several METRO bus lines (such as the 54 Scott, plus others along McGowen/US-59 and nearby streets) serve the area, with stops just a few minutes from that address. So you can rely on a combination of walking, buses, and light rail to get around most of the city from there.

Other Things to Note:
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within our property or on the balcony.

Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.

Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during your reservation. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
