This is the 2nd year in a row we've stayed at this property, and it was awesome! Very attentive host, and LOVE the gated aspect of this property. Needing to be close to downtown for our convention at the George R Brown; the neighborhoods can be sketchy, especially if you aren't familiar with the area. Our group utilized both the upstairs and downstairs units. Being able to park and secure our vehicles behind the gate gave us peace of mind while we weren't there, but our vehicles were. Planning on staying there again next year.

This is an excellent stay for larger groups or families. We each felt we had personal space but the common areas were large. Home is as pictured. Very clean and the host was very communicative. Would rent again!
