Excellent house. Quite comfortable, with a nice communal area and a big kitchen. Bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was the easiest of any property I’ve ever stayed in. We came to visit family, and this property had everything we needed for a nice, quiet stay.

This house is well decorated and very inviting. Bryan was a superb host and very responsive. We both absolutely loved the beds; they were very comfortable. The kitchen was great. It had everything that we needed. We were close to the Arrowhead Stadium. This was important to us because we came for the Chiefs v. Broncos game.We really enjoyed the showers with the rain-like shower heads. The bathrooms were stocked with towels, soap, lotion and shampoo.

We had a great experience at this property. We were in Kansas City for two weeks on a family visit with daily activities around the city. Ample driveway parking, a curated well-lit entry, the location (just north of I70) gave us easy access to the city and made it easy to come and go.Bryan, the host, was attentive and always available to answer our questions and checked in to make sure everything was going well on our long stay. The check-in process was smooth and easy, Bryan provided clear instructions that made our arrival stress-free, and the check-out process was reasonable and straight forward.The property itself was exactly as described in the listing. The living spaces were comfortable, the themed rooms were visually special, and the beds were comfy. The owners made it easy to enjoy the house by providing more than the normal VRBO’s amount of consumables, and the TV was easy to connect our devices to.This property worked well for us.
