This house was wonderful. The private pool and hot tub made our vacation very special. It overlooks a golf course that provided a calm and peaceful view. We especially loved watching the goats. The management was very responsive and even met us at check-in with a gif of Hawaiian chocolate and wonderful tropical fruits. Our only suggestions: provide detailed instructions for cooktop and oven and microwave. And provide supplies for dishwasher, washing machine and some basic cooking supplies such as salt/pepper, sugar,sweetener. Because we booked at the last minute we got a great rate. However when we attempted to book for next year , the price was about 2 1/2 times what we paid. Unfortunately that was out price ra.

We’ll work on providing clearer instructions for the kitchen appliances, as we know that can make a big difference in comfort during your stay. Regarding supplies, we do provide starter items to get guests settled in, but we understand the value of having a few extra basics on hand and will certainly take your feedback into consideration. As for pricing, rates can vary significantly depending on seasonality, demand, and how far in advance bookings are made. Last-minute reservations can sometimes secure lower rates, while peak periods and early bookings often reflect higher market demand. We’re grateful you chose to stay with us and would love to host you again in the future!
