Easy living single-level custom home built with elegant appointments throughout, tastefully decorated and nestled on a terraced lot which takes advantage of the wonderful views of the ocean and Kona coastline. You'll love the vaulted ceilings of this superbly constructed and immaculately maintained 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom Island home.

The large covered lanai, with in- ground pool and deck area is a perfect place for relaxing, swimming and barbquing whilst enjoying the spectacular Kona shoreline and sunsets.

All 3 bedrooms are en-suite! The home offers one king and two queens.
There is a half bathroom - powder room in the hall to the left of the entrance into the house.

This is a private, gated community and only the guests that are listed as staying at the property, with identification, will be allowed to enter the premises.

What an incredible home! The views are amazing. We stayed on the 4th of July and watched the fireworks from the house. The home was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with any utensils you may need. Would definitely recommend!

Anniversary vacation heaven

Best vacation rental ever! Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ammonites were top notch and had all the comforts of home. The house had everything you could want from items in the kitchen to pool and beach supplies. All the furniture was super comfortable and every bedroom was its own little escape. The views at sunrise and sunset were breathtaking! We had most meals on the patio and enjoyed the weather and views while building lifetime memories. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Fantastic for couples

We had the most beautiful accommodations placed in the most beautiful setting. The soundtrack is melodic birds and the 180 degree ocean view completed the picture. It was just what us 2 retired couples were looking for.

Spring break family trip

We had a wonderful stay. House and the views were gorgeous. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Even better was the garage with boogie boards, chairs, snorkeling equipment, which were all in great shape. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with endless ocean views. Master bath and bedroom were stunning. Short drive to a number of beautiful beaches. Would recommend Kua Bay beach and bring the boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for an amazing day riding the waves and swimming with tropical fish and turtles. Go early though as the parking gets filled up. Really quite convenient to and from KOA airport as well.

Amazing!

We had zero complaints with this beautiful home. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, high end appliances, and enough dishes to last a week! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with high quality furniture. The only complaint we could find was the lack of space in the 3rd bedroom as it has a vessel sink. You won’t be disappointed if you book his beautiful home! We will be back next time!
