Outside, enjoy a private, fully fenced backyard — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the city. Driveway and street parking make it easy to come and go. During the winter months, we store our family boat under the carport. It’s neatly parked and does not affect guest access or parking — there’s still plenty of space in the driveway and on the street for your vehicles.

Before leaving, ensure all windows are closed, lights turned off, and doors locked securely. Double-check you have all personal belongings.

Hosting allows us to share the same care and attention we’ve put into our own family home with travelers from all over.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds — close to downtown Seattle, yet peaceful and spacious. The lots in this area are larger than most parts of the city, which gives it more of a relaxed, outside-the-city feel. We’ve always loved the sense of space, the big backyard, and the friendly, down-to-earth community. It’s central, convenient, and still feels like a retreat after a busy day in the city.
