Very clean, comfortable and well-stocked apartment. Bed was also comfortable. Location was good to see beaches/king tides both north and south. Hilltop Bistro .2 miles away-excellent food!!

Owner was super responsive through messaging. Quaint little apartment near the beach. Our adult daughter stayed as well and we all fit comfotably. I would stay here again.
Very clean, cute place. A little older and worn. Busy road on one side but the bedroom was on the other side, quiet. Wonderful parks and beaches nearby, with a car. Pleasant stay.

Photos are accurate. While the building was constructed in 1996, it has been maintained and refurbished since then. Maybe this guest should stay at a $400-per-night, brand new property. She paid $99 per night. She got much more for what she spent. Trust the other reviews, this is a great property for value.
Close to all the things Central Coast Oregon has to offer!
The property was small and quaint. Absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Great access to the Alsea Bay and right off Highway 101. Hilltop diner was about 500ft away and was a perfect spot for breakfast we could walk to. The weather was perfect for what we were there for. We hiked a lot and found some hidden gems within Siuslaw National Forest. Definitely recommend to anyone who just needs a quiet place to rest after the long days on the beach and forest.
My husband and I came to the area for a long weekend. This was a great little place. Suited our needs well. There is traffic noise but that’s to be expected with it being right on the highway. The beach was a short walk and beautiful to see. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. The host was very responsive - even checking to make sure we made it in alright after having a bit of delay on our arrival.
Beach front misrepresented. Too close to highway, very noisy. Difficult to contact manager.

Not true. The beach location is exactly as represented. Guests enjoy beach access. Beachfront is never mentioned in any of the listings. Furthemore, every guest communication was answered promptly. The property location is ideal for the coast traveler.

Everything we needed for an affordable stay close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time on the coast and this was a very convenient location.
The building could use some painting.
This was such a wonderful place to stay. The cleanliness was outstanding and it has many thoughtful extras. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Love it!

Meticulously clean. Small but comfortable. Full kitchen, so I didn't need to find a restaurant for every meal. Easy access to the beach about a block away. Attentivehost made sure I got checked
Well maintained apartment, has everything you need for an enjoyable week stay. Bed is great if you appreciate soft mattresses. Fairly quiet during nighttime, but given proximity to Hwy. 101, traffic noise surges in early morning. Proximity to beach access. Host very responsive, check-in and -out went smooth.

The place is clean. The manager is good about checking in to make sure you got in and no problem. Not what I thought I was booking, but Not their fault.
Worked great for a base while exploring the beaches. Simple layout but clean and well suited for one to two people. Is right next to 101 but the road noise wasn't invasive and didn't impact sleeping. Would rent from again.
This was a great place to stay while visiting family in nearby Seal Rock. The beach next to the property was very private and the harbor seals would swim quite close to the shore in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I liked the location. Stairs could use some work and building could be repainted, but all-in-all a good property.
This is a nice little place a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with a restaurant and a coffee stand within walking distance.
Jeff was a great host.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with close beach access. Clean and cozy place with all we needed. Great place.

Our vacation
The place was clean, well kept. Living room furniture is small. Overall nice . But it is next to the highway (maybe 20 feet away) and noisy. The pictures makes it appear as if it next to the beach. It isn't. You can walk to it though.

While the building is about fifty feet off Corona Ct., the highway is much farther, and is separated by pine trees and scrubs, which cut down on highway noise. There is some highway noise during the day, but it is very quiet at night, and guests enjoy a good night's sleep. Not sure what was meant by small furniture, but guests can see that the couch fits three, and the recliner fits one very comfortably. The beach is a three-to-five minute walk, and access if off Corona Ct.
