Our home is located in a small cul-de-sac in the guard gated, Country Club community of April Sound.

This roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse has everything you need for a stress-free trip, comfy spaces to hang out, and high-speed internet (300/300 Mbps) if you need to work or stream.

Perfect for family time, fishing, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the deck with a good book, cup of joe or glass of wine. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a weekend with friends, or a couples’ trip, you’ll feel right at home here.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Any garbage over flowing please place out the back door in the larger bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Complete booking requires guest to download, sign and return the Guest rental agreement.

We booked this property for our trip to the Texas Renaissance Festival. It's much larger in person and will make you think of Grandma's lake house, fully stocked and with a lovely view of the lake all the way from the kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable for the number of guests, the bathrooms were convenient, and the living room could have slept three more. I would recommend stopping by the store for a couple gallons of spring or purified water because the tap water is characteristic of a lakeside area.
