The apartment is approximately 500 square feet and it is separated from the main house by a 16 ft covered breezeway.The kitchen has a full size refrigerator ,microwave , hotplate and a toaster oven air fryer combo . The bedroom / living room has 2 single beds and a study desk. Fast Wi-Fi connection is available for your phone or tablet. No TV in the apartment . A private walkway leads guests from the driveway to the entry and to a 20 ft by 20 ft patio with a table, 4 chairs and a large umbrella which is exclusively for guests. The property is landscaped with many flowers and shrubs and Alex stained glass yard sculptures. The property is 1.5 acres in a very quiet neighborhood. Puu lani ranch is a community of about 150 homes all on a 1 acre minimum lot size. The community amenities of pickleball tennis and basketball courts are available to the guests. We are a gated community about 30 minutes from Kailua Kona and 30 minutes from the beach, Makani golf course is just across the street from us. Puu Lani ranch is at 2100 feet elevation and surrounded by nature from all sides ,Puu Waawaa forest reserve is next door with hiking trails. Our property is coqui frogs free making the nights very quiet.
