Very well appointed - had all we needed and more in kitchen and bath areas. Condo was clean, upgraded, well kept and surprisingly quiet in a great town location! Perfect for couples. Would stay again for sure!

We love the location of this property, so close to shops and restaurants. The unit had everything needed for a great stay, including some Toiletries, the needed kitchen items to cook if desired, but best of all snorkel gear for 2, an umbrella, and beach chairs.

Great little studio for a solo traveler with an exceptional host. I had to book a place last minute after having a bad experience on the Hilo side and I’m glad I came across this place. This unit has a well equipped kitchenette and it was nice to make pancakes every morning and enjoy them on the lanai. The complex is also very relaxing with a pool and hot tub to jump into after a long day. Overall I would book this place again if I find my self on the Big Island in the future.

This lovely condo is even better than the pictures. The set up is spacious, with a view of the inner courtyard pool. It's in a great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. David had excellent communication. I would love to stay here again if I get to come back to the Big Island.

Kona Vaca

Very well finished, nice art work and the beach chairs were definitely a bonus. We brought our own snorkel sets but having those available too was good. Very quiet, comfy bed.
