The apartment was small but comfortable. Pretty exact to the description provided. Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to rest well. Host was nice and communicated parking needs. Overall great stay.

Apartment was clean and cozy. It had everything I needed for my stay. Just one small thing - the owner didn't communicate that there was construction at the rear of the property so off street parking was not available like the listing said it was. On street parking was fine, just would have preferred to park in the back. I would stay here again.

There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall though, I enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay here again. Communication was great and I really appreciated that Andrew allowed me to do a late checkout since there was nobody coming in later that day.

We were in Colorado for a Softball tournament for a week. It was just my husband and me, and it was a perfect amount of space. If you need something bigger, this may not be the spot, but it was perfect for us. Anytime I messaged Andrew, he was quick to respond. I also had an Amazon package delivered and forgot to let him know. He messaged me immediately, letting me know he put it in the back. He was great, and this place is super cute. We will stay here again.

A compact place to stay for 2 people with all the conveniences at an extremely reasonable price. The bed is comfortable. The shower is excellent. Everything that was supposed to work did work! The host is very responsive. It is easy to street park in front of the house and walk around to the back entrance. A reminder that you enter through the bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and it is convenient to major expressways for getting around Denver. We would definitely stay here again.

I grew up in North Dakota, but moved here in 2000. In 2008 I bought this house and have been renting out the extra space in one form or another ever since.

Very peaceful and quite neighborhood with close proximity to downtown.

What makes this property unique

I'm a host with just this single rental who lives on the property, not a giant vacation rental company, so I respond personally and promptly should any issue or question arise. It's a great, central location, and although the space is small, you will find everything you need for your stay. You will be hard pressed to find a better experience given the price point in Denver.
