The house was as described and fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood is super cute with good restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host is a very good communicator.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Both bedrooms upstairs with full bath and one full bath downstairs. Balcony outside one of the bedrooms were awesome to sat and enjoy the fresh air and coffee. Host communicated very well. Kitchen equipped with everything. Great location close to downtown.
It looked and smelled very clean. However, the cleaning job did feel a bit rushed prior to check-in. The towels weren't folded and organized neatly. The closet in on of the bedroom just had them piled up. They were also a bit damp still. I wasn't concerned they weren't clean, but it was a bit off-putting. After utilizing the dryer, it was obvious it just didn't dry the loads efficiently. I also didn't see any clean, unused dish cleaning sponges/cloths so I ordered my own with our groceries. There also weren't any bowls stocked in the kitchen for cereal, etc. So we ordered disposable ones as well. But overall, the home was very nice. Beds were comfortable and the location was incredibly efficient. Especially since we were there for a huge softball tournament that had us playing in parks in all directions. We were very centrally located and only 15-25 minutes from each field in any direction. I'd stay here again for sure. The host was also very responsive and kind. Even when I mixed up check out times and almost over-stayed our welcome.
Our family of 4 stayed one night while in Denver for the Coldplay concert. This was the perfect location! Communication was great especially for an early check in. If deciding on a hotel or this, we would definitely choose a night here again!
This home worked out great for the family. Location was very convenient for Red Rocks as well as downtown Denver. Very each check in and check out process. The home was clean and enjoyed the roof top access. TV's in each room which was important to me. Street parking was very easy and felt like a safe neighborhood.
This place was cute, clean and the owner is so kind. They care about keeping things clean and after seeing the neighborhood I understand why. Very family friendly and well kept/historic. Cheap Ubers to downtown and easy ride on scooters from lohi. Great price for this home’s quality, location, and safety!
We found everything to be exactly as represented. The home was comfortable and convenient. The host even accommodated a late extension request. Great neighborhood. Good value. Thanks
Really comfy beds and cute, safe neighborhood. Fixtures are nice and modern. Decor is pretty nice. A few house rules including no shoes on the hardwood floors (which is good to know ahead of time for anyone with knee trouble). But overall a really good stay.

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Overall - fine. The beds were comfortable, the place was mostly clean, and having two bathrooms was nice. Unfortunately, several things felt misleading compared to the listing. One of the main reasons I booked this place was because it appeared to be a private home with a driveway. We did not find out until check-in day that the driveway could not be used and all parking had to be on the street. That was also when we realized the property was actually an attached unit with the owner living on the other side.We were also informed at check-in there would be a 200 fine for wearing shoes inside due to the “new hardwood floors,” which clearly were not new. Both the parking restrictions and shoe policy should have been disclosed in the listing beforehand. The rooftop area was the biggest disappointment and looked nothing like the photos. The flooring was exposed black rubber subflooring and the furniture was worn, dirty, and partially damaged. We never used it once. The rooftop door also would not latch correctly. The backyard was heavily cluttered, shared, and had zero privacy, which likely explains why there were no photos of it in the listing. The bathroom windows facing the shared backyard had no blinds or curtains, so privacy was uncomfortable enough that we showered with the lights off at night.Overall, I wish the listing had been more upfront about the layout, rules, and current condition of the property.

Thank you for your response. We just had the roof resurfaced as a guest had put a hole in the rubber membrane I apologize if this was near your stay. Since, we have turfed the rubber with artificial grass. We value your feedback and truly sorry that your experience was sub optimal. Most if not all other reviews support the contrary.
The owner lives in the house connected. Right next door

Yes. This becomes relevant when you book the place for one night to throw a raging party with a bunch of college kids. Disrespected the house (smoking inside, ashing all of the furniture, bottles of liquor all over the place). Complete mess and violation of the house rules and community standards. I would NEVER recommend these guests nor host them knowing what they did to my home. Complete disregard for another persons property and an utter lack of respect for anyone else. ;-(
