Welcome to the Art House in South Austin a newly renovated, 3 bedroom and 2-bathroom home in South Austin featuring local female artists. It’s only 4 miles from downtown Austin and super close to great local restaurants, dance halls, bars, and shopping.
The open concept floor plan makes the home feel large and spacious with a welcoming living space that opens out to the large shaded backyard. Lots of natural light filters into the living room, soft throws, cozy sitting and a 55 inch TV allow for some relaxing time streaming your favorite shows. Enjoy all brand new appliances and a well stocked kitchen for morning coffee or home cooking. Miami born and raised. Lived in NYC during my professional life where I met my husband. We decided Austin would be a fun place to live and raise a family. 17 years later and we still love all that this city has to offer.
Why they chose this property
South Austin reminds me of what Austin used to feel like with small homes and quiet neighborhoods. This place is super close to everything the city has to offer including the new hangout spot on South Menchaca called SoCha. There is also a dance hall called Sagebrush that is very fun for two stepping.
What makes this property unique
I love supporting female talent and so I am using my space to share with you some local female artists. I also have contacts for female masseuse, female led sound bowls, female yoga instructor and female chef.
