Hosts were very responsive and fixed a couple little things right away. The location is wonderful and good restaurants are a short walk away. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. However, the rest of the house could have been cleaner.

The bathroom door knob in the master bath is broken and locks you. This happened to me at 4:00 in the morning - turns out you have to turn the knob upward to get out and it will release but I was too tired to figure it out and panicked.None of the outlets in the master bath work at all and the mirrors were filthy. I wiped them down The bathroom door in the other bedroom is also broken and locked each of the three boys in the bathroom at some point and one had to call another to come help him get out.The garbage disposal had a rusty bottle top in it. Been there a while. Removed it and it runs quiet now. There was no pump for the air mattress and the "pull out" sofa in the kitchen living room is too small for an adult to sleep on.

Check-in and check- out process was straightforward; communication with property management was timely, friendly and professional. If a cleaning crew is utilized to clean interior, they are doing a poor job. The lint collection screen in the dryer is a fire hazard, it has not been cleaned out, it seems for a long time; I did not use the dryer for fear it would cause a fire; tried to clean it out as much as I could, but was unable to reach in deep enough, invest in an inexpensive toilet seat in the master bathroom, the plastic seat is rough, overall cleanliness was lacking; the highlight of the stay was definitely the pool table, provided fun entertainment. It was a pleasant stay, great location to access everywhere we went.

Upon walking in everything looked clean but when we went to use the kitchen sink the drain smelled absolutely horrible. Every piece of furniture had stains on them. The master bed had crumbs all over the bed sheets like it wasn’t clean at all. The location was great but I wouldn’t recommend this place.
