We had a fantastic week at the Brownstone !!! The location was phenomenal and our morning walks to coffee, shopping, great restaurants, the river, … it would be hard to imagine a better location to explore the city. Communicating with the host was simple and timely. We had a car so having the parking spot was super helpful as well. We enjoyed the multiple stories and having a chance to experience an historic property.

One bed was not made and sheets were not in storage. I found two queen top sheets and made that work. Spindles on stair case were loose. Traveling with a 5 year old we had to be alert to which section of stairs was broken. Location was perfect, beds comfortable, kitchen well appointed and brownstone adequately heated and cooked. Would stay again.

This was a great house for a family get together in Boston. The house is a beautiful, well preserved Brownstone on lovely, quiet Beacon St. It's walking distance to Fenway Park, the Prudential Center and the Charles River walking path. Everyone in our family had a comfortable bedroom (4 couples) with at least a queen size bed and the two kids (age 7 and 10) enjoyed their own space in the basement rec room. The kitchen was well-equipped, had an excellent stove and large refrigerator. Everyone was impressed by how quiet it was considering the handy location in the city. There is parking for one car in the ally behind the house. We loved our stay and the owner was super responsive with to any questions we had. One warning is that the house is multi-level, with lots of stairs, so would not be good for anyone with walking or stair issues and it might not be the best place for toddlers. For anyone else, it's a perfect Boston get-away house.

What a great property and phenomenal location. A huge townhouse, large rooms, a classic. Have to be ready to climb stairs, but it was a great place. Very easy and convenient to get anywhere especially the great shops and restaurants in Back Bay. I would highly recommend this townhouse for your next visit to Boston. The host was fantastic, easy to work with, and friendly. Great time and great experience.
