The primary suite is spacious and private, with a sitting area, workspace, and en-suite bath featuring dual vanities and a sunken shower. Two additional bedrooms sit on the opposite side of the home, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy.

Outside, the backyard delivers everything Palm Springs is known for — a large pool and spa surrounded by tall ficus hedges, mountain views, and plenty of space to lounge, dine, or gather by the outdoor fireplace.

Set directly across from Ruth Hardy Park and close to restaurants, galleries, and the Uptown Design District, this home blends the character of Palm Springs history with the comfort and style of modern living.

Great location, quiet neighborhood and close to airport. The house was nice with a beautiful backyard, great to hang out in. Close to restaurants. Easy parking. The house was well equipped.

Great location and nice property, however the condition is a bit old and we had an issue with hot water but it was quickly resolved as half of the faucets worked backwards.

The house had everything we needed for our stay and was beautiful just as pictured! We made great memories around the pool and the central location did not disappoint. We did note that the spa lights and exterior house lighting in that area did not work and was not able to be resolved during our stay (initial communications with the property manager were good but did not respond to our final text regarding the issue). The grill also did not seem clean so was hard to light and cook with. The instructions did not mention lawn service date of Wed AM. All in all tho I’d highly recommend this Palm Springs property!

If I could give 2.5 stars, I would. The home is very nice and the staff made sincere efforts to be helpful. The location is unbeatable. The downside: our family trip revolved around the pool which was not heated as promised until day 4 of our stay. Our granddaughter got 1 day's use. In our book, the trip and expense were a big disappointment. I have not yet heard from the operator yet, so I am reserving final judgement, but my wife and I spent hours on this instead of enjoying a pricey family vacation.

Great location and fun mid-century vibe, however the house was older and did show some wear in places. Due to some of the maintenance issues we did have an issue with some small flying bugs in the backyard with an unexpected heat wave. This did make the outdoor area unusable for us. Management did respond and try to correct the issue. Beware that if planning on walking to N Plam Canyon road, some of the roads do not have sidewalks so make sure you have a flashlight or reflective clothing for night time.

Rental was very clean and the kitchen had all things you would need. The hot tub was great, especially to view the stars at night. Place was spacious and the location made it easy to get to all the places to eat.
