This Santa Fe house includes 2 master suites with walk in showers and large bath tubs. Great Lake view with spiral staircase to the balcony. 3 king size beds and 1 queen size bed and full size bunk bed over queen bed. Inside Laundry room with washer/dryer. This Santa Fe home has all the comfortable furnishings you need. Beautiful and relaxing pool and spa w/fire pit. Nice Stainless Steel BBQ and black stone grill in back yard with patio furniture. Nice RV parking with plenty of room to park your boat. Allo TV service and free WiFi included. 5 minutes to Windsor beach launch ramp. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner available to assist with any questions you may have during your stay, only a phone call away.

Renter is not allowed use of garage. Please be respectful to our property. Do not lower the AC below 75 due to extreme temperatures unit can freeze.
Propane usage to heat pool and spa is deducted from damage deposit. Please clean/scrape off residual food on BBQ after your done. Turn off propane.
Do not lower AC thermostat below 75 degrees as it will freeze the unit and you will lose your security deposit.
