Sleeps 10 comfortably with 2 California King, 1 Queen, and 2 Full beds amongst 4 bedrooms (all with Roku TVs and blackout curtains) and multiple gathering spaces, there's room for everyone to spread out comfortably. Grandparents can enjoy a quiet morning on the patio, parents can relax by the pool, and kids can stay entertained with the game room and outdoor activities—all while everyone is still together under one roof.

Additional Amenities & Helpful Details

Solar-heated pool and spa: Enjoy the convenience of solar heating, with optional supplemental propane heating available for the pool. There is no additional charge to heat the spa. If you choose supplemental propane heating for the pool, an additional fee will apply based on the amount of propane consumed during your stay.
Please remember to turn off the pool and spa heater before checking out. If the heater is left running after departure, you will be responsible for all propane used until the heater is turned off.
Wheelchair accessible: The home features a convenient ramp and French-door entry for easier accessibility.
Pet-friendly: Bring your furry family members! The fully fenced backyard provides a secure space for pets to enjoy. A $100 fee applies for the first pet and $50 for the second pet. Maximum of 2 pets, each under 50 lbs.
Generous parking: Located on a corner lot, the property offers ample parking for boats and RVs. A paved parking area is conveniently located to the right of the garage and monitored by a Ring security camera. Please do not park on the rocks between the house and the palm trees.
Boating convenience: The nearest boat ramp is approximately a 10-minute drive away.
Easy-care tile flooring: Tile flooring throughout the home makes it comfortable and convenient for families, swimmers, and pets.
Security: For your safety and peace of mind, the property has a Ring security system with two exterior cameras—one on the side of the garage and one in the pool-equipment area facing the gate—along with a Ring doorbell.
Shaved ice machine: Cool off on warm days with your own shaved ice machine, perfect for a fun treat by the pool.
Towels provided: Bath towels and pool towels are provided for your convenience. (Please do not take them to the lake.)
Extra bedding: Each bedroom includes extra bedding, making it easy to accommodate different sleeping preferences and keep everyone comfortable.
