Living room with a leather sofa, gas fireplace, 55" TV, spacious balcony, it is open to adjacent kitchen area. The large sofa fold out queen sofa bed, linens are provided. Mountain decor compliments the room.
Separate main bedroom, with a queen bed, lamps, plenty of storage, including two closets, and a wardrobe. Large 55" Samsung Picture Frame TV with premium Telus TV cable, including on demand programming.
High end kitchen area, with granite counter tops. Stainless steel appliances include oversized fridge, glass-top range, stove, microwave, tea and coffee makers. Seating for four by the breakfast bar. Tastefully decorate with a mountain theme.
Well stocked kitchen, with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, mugs, wine glasses, knife set, and much more to help you prepare meals in house on the days when you're not going out.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation rental is located in the newly constructed Ascent Canmore building, offering comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. Perfect for couples, families, or small groups, the unit comfortably sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Whether you’re here to ski, hike, bike, or simply soak in the breathtaking Rocky Mountain scenery, this modern retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort and adventure. After a day outdoors, unwind by the fireplace or take a dip in the outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

PLEASE NOTE: There is some finishing work still being done in the building, and construction next door, so there may be some noise during the daytime hours. Pricing reflects current status of the property and surrounding area.

Please note both bedrooms and bathrooms are located on upper floor accessible by stairs only.
