The heated outdoor pool and hottub were definitely the highlight. All the guests were friendly and we had great conversations while soaking away the sore muscles from a day of skiing.

Apartment was clean. Bed’s comfortable. Parking is tight. Hot tub could be warmer and more jets or pressure from jets. Takes a bit to get hot water in showers and taps, but not terrible. Shower pressure was good.

Great communication with the property for access needs. I was able to confirm the sofa in the living room converted into a 3rd bed. However, we found that no extra linens or pillows are provided for it. The parking garage is tight as mentioned but we were able to offload/pack up by parking in the middle and then backing into our stall. Unfortunately, the underground parked had a recent sewage backup as noted by the smell and equipment left out. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, including pots and pans, toaster, etc. Coffee and creamer is included. We found that the floors are not as clean as they appear after having a mishap with the coffee bag and cleaning up. The towel became filthy, quickly. The pool and hot tub are a nice feature and were enjoyed in the evening. Keep in mind that leaves and bugs will float in so they were not as clean as we were expecting either. Overall, a great stay for 2 couples.

Impeccable, grand et fonctionnel. Très propre, tout les accessoires nécessaires dont un grill au gaz. Bien situé, près des services, du centre-ville de Canmore et de Banff. Je le recommande fortement. Merci pour le beau séjour!
