Very clean property in a nice walkable neighbourhood. Ample street parking and a very responsive host. Would book again if ever in the area!

Very nice first floor apartment. The neighborhood is quite walkable. Also there are a myriad of bus lines within a 5 minute stroll. You do not need a car, but the owner will obtain a parking permit if you must. You should take a few tote bags!

JakeAug 31JakeWe literally spent two nights in your place and although it was very nice and everything was as described, the neighbors upstairs were so loud that we literally were up the entire night last night. It seems like it's a man in his dog, and we are in the middle of moving my mom into a nursing home. He never stopped even tried to go up there and knock on his door and just ask him if he could please just keep it down literally running on the floor. We vacated the unit at 7 AM this morning and spent another thousand dollars on a hotel room. I know some of this is out of your control, but you should let people know that it is at the bottom floor and there are units above it because I have never heard somebody so loud in my life and I've lived in an apartment for over 30 years. I'm not sure if there's anything you can do to refund me my money if not, I understand I guess just wanted to give you a heads up of what was going on.

I’m sorry the noise from upstairs disrupted your stay, especially with everything you had going on with your mom. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We weren’t aware of the issue during your stay, and had we known, we would have reached out to the owner of the apartment above so they could address it. We don’t manage that unit directly, but we can coordinate with the owner when concerns like this are brought to our attention. I really wish you had let us know when it was happening so we could have had the opportunity to step in and try to resolve it for you. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and will certainly keep this in mind for future guests.
