Just to correct you, we only have cameras on the doorbell and front flood light to keep our property safe. We also have cigarette detectors in and around the property. We reached out to you before your stay to reiterate the house rules. Prestay, you acknowledged them on the vrbo messaging. You were told no smoking and that gatherings at the house should be no more than 10 people. The first evening there were 14 people in the house and two individuals smoking on the property. You were contacted about the violations via vrbo messaging. I'm sorry you felt that your privacy was encroached upon but there are no cameras or recording devices in the home. Monitoring the perimeter of the home is not a violation of your privacy. Further more, you did not have the common decency to even try to follow the house rules after you were contacted the first day. You responded to the email stating that you didn't know that they were violations and we then sent you the transcript of our prearrival emails. You then apologized and begged for us to cancel your extra charge for the cleaning service we have to do if someone is smoking on the property. Our mattresses are Serta Dreamclouds. Also, we have a 95 inch tv in the living room and a 40 inch tv in the primary bedroom(shown on vrbo). Kitchen includes: full set of silverware, a 5 pot set, 2 cast iron skillets, glasses/mugs, Keurig(6kcups, comp snacks)
