Modern family home in cozy nbrhd near downtown Madison

Stay in a quiet, centrally located "hidden gem" nbrhd in Madison. Take a 10 min bike ride to the square or campus, SUP yoga at sunset on Monona Bay, eat dinner at one of the cities best restaurants on Park St or downtown, and find easy access to the beltline. Our home is a perfect stay for couples, friends and families alike. Families enjoy the backyard, toys, and quiet neighborhood. Couples and friends enjoy the wood burning stove, outdoor fire pit, and gourmet kitchen. Pack n play, high chair, baby gate, iron/ironing board, and other amenities available upon request.

There is also a one room suite with a private entrance attached to our home. Please message me if you would like to know the status of the suite during your stay as it is often unoccupied when VRBO guests stay, especially during the summer months.

Ideal for guests in town for the Madison Marathon, Ironman, World Dairy Expo, Great Taste, WIAA Tournaments, Art Fair on the Square, XGM, UGM, UW graduation/move out weekend and any events held on the Square, Monona Terrace, the Alliant or campus

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place used towels on the floor in the bathroom. Trash and recycling bins are on the north side of the house near the gate to the backyard. Lock doors & place key under the mat at the end of your stay.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was the most stocked house I've ever stayed in - there was everything we needed! It was such a beautiful stay and the host was so welcoming and flexible with our needs.
