Great condo, close to town and the ski slopes. It had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away! Definitely need 4x4 for winter weather, but the surroundings were beautiful!

This is a cute place tucked away in Banner Elk and really close to Sugar and Hawksnest. We had six people and had a very comfortable stay. There was a small issue but Dena solved it the same day!

We had the BEST time at our stay in Banner Elk! Dena was an absolute dream to communicate with and shared many options of places to see and things to do while in the area. The property and house were exactly as described, but the proximity of the backyard creek seemed even closer than described! It was amazing to open the screen doors and hear the rushing water, smell the fresh air, and feel the cool breeze. It was so peaceful and relaxing! It definitely added to the ambiance of the whole stay. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the provided grill due to inclement weather, but it’s all set up for the next guest and is really nice! The furniture and beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has plenty of what you need to cook a nice meal, the bathrooms are great, and the stacked washer & dryer are very conveniently located right off the kitchen. My friend’s sister really loved the coffee nook, and said she wanted to curl up in a ball and sleep there. You cannot go wrong with choosing this lovely place to stay in Banner Elk. Everything in town is convenient and close. We had a blast and will definitely be returning!

The place is amazing. Everything was perfect. The only thing that needed attention was hot water and door locks. Hot water was not enough for 3 couples. Also, the king room and first floor bathroom door didn't lock.

The stream behind the property was lovely! Loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Only complaint is that there was no under cabinet lighting and the microwave light didn’t work so it was a bit dark using the cooktop. Otherwise, it was a great experience!
