About this property

2 bedroom/2 bathrooms penthouse with big swimming pool

The apartment is perfect if you are 4 adults or a family with up to 3 kids (babybed also available). With the swimming pool right at your feet; shops, bars, restaurants and sports facilities within walking distance and a fabulous climate during the entire year, you will enjoy every minute of your holiday.

With 2 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen, living and dining room and 2 terraces, you will have all the space and comfort you need.
Since we have 2 small children ourselves, everything is available for a vacation with kids (babychair, babybed, toys, children's cutlery, etc)

The entire apartment is at your disposal, as well as both terraces and the shared pool and garden.

It is a private apartment so we will not be there during your stay. However, our keyholder (english speaking) lives only one block away from the apartment and is available in case of problems. Of course we are reachable by phone.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is therefor not really suited for wheelchairs.

The Vistabella Golf domaine is nicely located in between some very nice Spanish cities (Alicante, Murcia, Torrevieja,...) but offers an oasis of peace and quiteness. Nevertheless, there are a few shops, bars and restaurants and within walking distance. Paddle tennis, bowling and a golf court with clubhouse are also available within the domaine.

35 minutes from the airport (by car), a bus stop nearby and free parking in front of the apartment.

The place to be!

We stayed in this beautiful appartment in May. It was quiet and relaxing. Shops and restaurants were near by. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place. The communication with the owner was easy.

Vistabella Apartment

This Property was perfect for My Wife and Myself for a Weeks Stay. Plenty of Space with Having 2no Bedrooms and 2no Bathrooms. Open Plan Kitchen/Living area is bright and Spacious also and leads out onto lovely elevated Terrance area. Stairs to the side go up to a Big Roof Terrace. Would have been nice to have more comfy seating up on the Roof and/or Maybe a few more sun beds? Also, maybe a Shower would be a good addition as it does get Hot up there? We experienced a few minor issues that i hope can get sorted quickly. There were a few of the lights not working i assume just a Lamp Change? and the Glass Door on the One Bathroom did not close as it was Broken. Not a problem for us be maybe for others? 1 other down side, There is not direct access to the Pool. The Walk up the road and round into the Pool area is not that far but still a bit of inconvenience. There are also no seating/Beds by the Pool so if you want to spend time down there you have to carry the Sun Beds off the Terrance through the Apartment, Down the Stairs and Up the road to get into the Pool Area. For that reason we did not spend any time by the Pool. Overall, For the week we spent here it was a Nice Base to have.

When we started looking for an apartment in the Costa Blanca, the main assets were space and tranquility in an environment with all amenities close by. A place where it is fun to be with children and which is centrally located, making it easy for us to discover the beautiful surroundings. When we entered this apartment, which was still under construction, we were charmed by the light and the openness. This feeling of space was further enhanced when we went to the roof terrace and there the decision to purchase was made. And that is where the name was born: La Azotea = the roof terrace. With a shop around the corner, bars and restaurants within walking distance and several towns and beaches within easy reach by car, this is the ideal location for a holiday with lots of variety. The golf course and padel tennis court complete the offer. Are you looking for peace, comfort and a good location, or do you dream of going to a place where everything is available to stay with small children, then take a look at our apartment, perhaps this is exactly what you are looking for!
