It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many Maui top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Maui Parkshore features, a nice pool area with relaxing lounge chairs, and BBQ/outdoor dining areas.

- Beginning March 30th, 2026, with an estimated completion date by the end of June 2026.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- SOUTH WALL: Lanai side spall repair, paint & prep. Stacks 16 to 11 from April 1st to April 15. Stacks 10 to 6 from April 15th to April 28th. Stacks 5 to 1 from April 28 to May 15.
- NORTH WALL & STAIRWELL: Stacks 1 to 5 and lobby from May 15 to May 27. Stacks 6 to 10 and interior stairwell (Breezeway) from May 27 to June 3. Stacks 11 to 16 from June 4 to June 17.
- South Stairwell will be prepped and repaired from June 18 to June 24.
- Demobilization is scheduled for completion by June 29, 2026.
