Maui Parkshore Resort is located across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many Maui top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Maui Parkshore features, a nice pool area with relaxing lounge chairs, and BBQ/outdoor dining areas.

***Spal Repair & Painting Project
- Beginning March 30th, 2026, with an estimated completion date by the end of June 2026.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- SOUTH WALL: Lanai side spall repair, paint & prep. Stacks 16 to 11 from April 1st to April 15. Stacks 10 to 6 from April 15th to April 28th. Stacks 5 to 1 from April 28 to May 15.
- NORTH WALL & STAIRWELL: Stacks 1 to 5 and lobby from May 15 to May 27. Stacks 6 to 10 and interior stairwell (Breezeway) from May 27 to June 3. Stacks 11 to 16 from June 4 to June 17.
- South Stairwell will be prepped and repaired from June 18 to June 24.
- Demobilization is scheduled for completion by June 29, 2026.

Great condo, fantastic location! This property was great and the onsite manager was helpful as well. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were great beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, etc). The balcony was great with a retractable awning for shade and a great place to watch the sunsets right from our home. Kam III is an easy walk straight across the beach and it’s an easy walk down the street to fantastic restaurants and fun shops… walk all three Kam beaches in the morning and loop back on the street with stops at the Maui Bakery or cinnamon roll place! Parking is very tight but onsite and there was an elevator which was helpful as well. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future and can’t wait to return!
