Enjoy morning coffee on private balconies overlooking the bay or grab one of (2) included kayaks or (2) SUP's to paddle right from your backyard! 
This 2 bedroom /2.5 bathroom townhome (sleeps 6) features a fully stocked kitchen & laundry. Experience bayfront serenity while just minutes from Perdido Key beaches & dining!

• Ground Level / Carport:
- Covered parking, picnic table, charcoal grill, Adirondack chairs, plus the included water toys: (2) Kayaks and (2) Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUPs).

• First Level — Main Living Area:
- Living Room: Open-concept seating area opening directly onto a private balcony overlooking Perdido Bay.
- Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home.
- Half bathroom & Laundry: Convenient half bathroom on the main level equipped with a full-size washer & dryer.

• Second Level — Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
- Master Suite features a King bed, private full en-suite bathroom, and its own private balcony with elevated bay views.
- Guest Bedroom includes a Queen bed with easy access to the full guest bathroom located directly in the hallway.

• OCCUPANCY & SLEEPING CAPACITY
- Maximum 6 Guests / Sleeping Setup: King bed in Master (sleeps 2), Queen bed in Guest Bedroom (sleeps 2), and Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room (sleeps 2).

• NO PETS POLICY
- Strict HOA Rule: Pets are strictly prohibited for rental guests. Unapproved pets will result in immediate forfeiture of your security deposit, required boarding of the pet, or immediate eviction without a refund.
- Note: You may occasionally see pets on the grounds, as the HOA permits permanent unit owners to have them.

• AGE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Primary Renter Age: 25 years old (exceptions considered for married couples 21+).
- Minors: All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean and quiet. The view was beautiful. The area had everything we needed without being too busy. We will absolutely be back again.

Pelican's Perch was great place to stay. The townhome was well equipped, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, and was very clean. It area offered a lot of fun activities with a pool and easy access to the bay if you would like to fish, kayak, or enjoy the view of the bay. It was also a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. And only a short drive to the gulf beaches.
