Julieta Luxury Apartment

Beautiful bright 145 m2 apartment decorated with designer furniture and artwork throughout.
The apartment has a large living room/dining room leading to a bay window and access to large & sunny terrace. It has 2 double & 1 single bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has 1 king size bed an ensuite bathroom and a dressing area. The 2nd double bedroom can be prepared with 1 double bed or 2 twin beds depending of what the guests need. The single bedroom has 1 single bed. These 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom.

Centrally located, 1 block from Paseo de Gracia with its boutiques and restaurants, mercat de la Concepció (fresh food market just 2 blocks away), casa Batllò, la Pedrera etc.
Easy access to public transport, ideal for families, groups or professionals. Fully equipped kitchen and work area.

Stays of over 1 week include 1 weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels Monday to Friday). Additional cleaning is possible, please enquire about the rates.

Have small children? Don't worry, we are happy to provide you with a high chair, baby cot, lamp and mixer for baby food for your little one during your stay. (there is a 90€ + VAT fee for the baby kit).

THE CITY OF BARCELONA IMPOSES A CITY TAX SIMILAR TO THOSE CHARGED BY HOTELS. THE RATE IS 2,48€ PER PERSON (OVER THE AGE OF 16) PER NIGHT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS. THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECK IN.

There is a 30€ extra charge for late check ins (after 8pm).

Fabulous place in an amazing location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julieta! The place is large, beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It's in a walkable location but quiet. Beds are firm but comfortable and it has everything you need for a short or long stay. Heike was also very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location

Gorgeous apartment with soaring ceilings, large livingroom, and terrace. The location was central to all the activities and tours we booked, a half block from parking garage, close to markets, and the metro. We traveled with 3 young children and this space was perfect.

Wonderful Barcelona home base!

The apartment is beautiful. The location is central to Sagrada Familia, many restaurants, and metro station. Still, evenings were quiet for good night's sleep. Heike is excellent to work with. We highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and well appointed. The ceilings are incredibly high, with beautiful original doors and moldings. All this is set off with carefully curated art, modern design, and state-of-the-art kitchen…old world meets distinctive style and modernity. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of dishes and towels. Coffee, water, and soaps were provided which is always helpful after a long journey.The host was beyond welcoming and hospitable. We encountered a flight delay and were still greeted with a smile. All of our questions were answered quickly and efficiently. We were made to feel like truly welcome guests!In terms of location, the apartment is within steps to so many restaurants and major attractions. It’s a beautiful neighborhood just around the corner from La Pedrera and the Block of Discord. If designer stores are your thing, you got every high-end brand you could think of within blocks of your doorstep. We were more interested in seeing the sights and experiencing the local culture. Most places we visited were a 15-30 minute walk. We mostly walked but took a few taxis which were inexpensive relative to what we’d pay in a major US city. Metro is also close by.Barcelona is a fabulous city, and this apartment is a perfect home base!

Perfect Location

What an amazing apartment! I became the hero of the family for finding it! Sure, the location is unbeatable, but the apartment...Wow! Large and stylish! Why stay in a cramped hotel room with a bed and a chair when you can have tons of space - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and private deck! Just like home, my kids each had their own room, which allowed everyone to chill out in their own spaces! Best part is the apartment is in the rear, so while being centrally located, it's super quiet! Highly recommended!!! Deserves a 10!!! Don't fall for the cranky review, this apartment is a gem! Would absolutely stay here again!!! We stayed for 5 days and it was unanimously voted by the family as the best stay of our vacation! Wow!!!

Everything for family of 5!

Our family - 2 adults and 3 teens had a great stay! We spent a week. Location was perfect for walking to many sights and public transportation. The apartment for us well and the outdoor space was lovely. Everything we needed. Heike was super responsive with check-in and the few questions we had. Not a hotel so if coming from US, make sure you have outlet adapters and maybe some hand soap. Highly recommend!

Julieta Luxury Apartment: A Wonderful Barcelona Experience

Our stay at the Julieta Luxury Apartment was overall a great visit, and we'd definitely recommend it and would happily come back!The apartment's location is truly fantastic – just a block from Paseo de Gracia and incredibly close to everything we wanted to see and do in Barcelona, including the fresh food market and iconic Gaudi architecture. The property itself is beautiful, exactly as described, and we particularly enjoyed the nice deck, which was perfect for relaxing.Communication from the host was generally great, and they were very responsive to our questions during our stay. The only minor point to note was the lack of pre-arrival communication; we had to reach out ourselves to get the necessary details. However, once we did, everything was smooth.We had a wonderful time and appreciate the comfortable and convenient base the Julieta Luxury Apartment provided for exploring Barcelona.

Wonderful apartment in an amazing location. We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids (14 & 8). The apartment had a lot of room for us. The smallest bedroom just fits a twin bed. Perfect for a younger kid. Might be tight for an adult. The apartment was beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious. Very close to shopping and major attractions. Also very quiet on the inside and keeping out street noises. The bathrooms were a bit tight and showed some wear and tear, but that was minor. The owner met us at check in and was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a stay here and expect to return myself.

Fantastic location in Barca

Our host Heike was extremely helpfull, and made our stay very easy. The apartment has a great location away from the very touristic areas of Barca, and it faces away from the street. We where unlucky as there was renovation going in the apartment next door, so a lot noice all day. I did expect a higher standard of equipment of the place - why is there no barbeque on the terasse, and why are the garden furniture so poor? It is a great place, but our opinion is that it is heavily over priced. But maybe that is how Barcelona is now a days - you pay more for less!

Dear Nikolaj, first of all thank you for your stay in our JULIETA apartment and sorry about your impressions. Unfortunately I´m not agree with all your comments inasmuch as the works were something punctual, we have two more properties next door and they did not complain about it, they were closer and they said it was punctual. Apologize if this could have affect you, fortunately there are no more works because they are finish, they had to repair a leak. Regarding the terrace complain, I do not understand what´s the meaning of poor, the terrace has lot´s of plants, our lovely olive tree, a longe couch, a table with 3 chairs from italian design Vittore. Regarding barbecue it´s strictly not allowed make any fire in the city, you should know this or have asked me about. Prices are the correct ones when you are in the prime area and fifty metres away from the most emblematic and expensive avenue and the interior design is a must for many of our guests, maybe is not your style but it is for other guests. I would have had a direct feedback from you during your stay, I would have given you the right solutions instead of giving a wrong impression of what it is in reality.

Julieta Luxury Apartment 6/10What we liked: The apartment has a great location and decorated with quality original artwork. Partitioned from 2 adjacent apt rentals it felt spacious for the two of us (a small pet); others might B cramped in 2nd & 3rd BDRMs which we used only for storage.What was challenging: unlike most “upscale” rentals basic instructions (written or otherwise) were missing: garbage disposal location, device operation, etc. A few toilet paper rolls 2 bath towels were essentially all that was provided for our 2 week stay - being expected to forage for essential trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, etc. It was clear that the apartment's upkeep is NOT the owner's priority: wires jut out of walls, loose floor tiles, broken/non-functional curtains, cleaning products/tools left occupying floor space. Frankly, so many things not “up to snuff” that we gave up keeping track. While rental manager Heike (AKA “Schwartz” elsewhere) was fairly responsive to urgent concerns (malodorous moldy clothes filling the dryer, television streaming not working, fire alarm going off, light fixture suddenly falling out of the ceiling, etc), after a few days we tired of contacting her for the endless parade of things failing/falling apart. The outdoor terrace patio was uninviting to us and unsafe for our pet: unclean furniture, strewn laundry items, large fencing gaps threatened falls to the building’s lower level.

My family loved our stay in Barcelona. The flat was in a safe and central location. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the large back patio, which was a nice addition. It was quite warm in the city and the air conditioning worked well. The flat is very large and. Had many excellent restaurants in the area. We would highly recommend the flat.
