Welcome to Topsider Condo 203, a new lakefront 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in the heart of Osage Beach, Missouri.



Sleeping up to 8 guests, this spacious retreat is ideal for families, reunions, girls’ getaways, and friends enjoying a week at the Lake of the Ozarks.Relax in one of the community’s two resort-style pools, unwind on the private balcony, and enjoy beautiful views of the lake, Grand Glaize Bridge, and the future Oasis Amusement Park, opening Summer 2027. With a central location, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, marinas, and outdoor adventures.



Stay 6 or more nights and ask about available extended-stay discounts. Traveling with a larger group or need multiple Topsider condos? Send us a message—we manage several nearby units and can help coordinate availability and group accommodations. No boat slip is included with this condo. Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please run the dishwasher by using the provided dishwasher pods. Our cleaning crew will unload and put away the dishes. Make sure not to leave any fo…
We ask the night before to wash and dry towels used. You can still use towels on the day of checkout but excess laundry fees by our cleaner is related to having more than one batch of towels.
Leave the AC on 74, or in the cooler months, the heat to 65.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 24.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 10PM - 8AM.

Our stay was wonderful!! The condo had a great location. Great family vibe. Kim was wonderful to work with. We would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay

The condo is newer and very nice. We appreciated all that Kim had available inside the condo. The bedrooms and main area were all clean and spacious enough for 8 of us. We enjoyed the balcony, pool area, grill in the common area, and workout room. We would happily return to this complex again!
