This place was absolutely amazing. The sunset rising was better than any picture in real time . My host communicated with anything I had questions about . The beds were so plush and comfortable. We spent the majority time in the rooms . It was my birthday and everything I imagined. Our view was facing the beach which is across the street. We drove less than 1 minute to go across the street . Some of the amenities were closed like the wave pool which was sad but the they had several pools , and Jacuzzi that were open. Looking fwd to coming back again

We enjoyed our trip but we had more problems in C910 than any previous rooms we have rented at Caribe in the past 15 years we’ve been staying there. We followed all check out instructions except for the bed linens. We stripped all beds due to finding a bed bug that bit my daughter while she was sleeping on one of the beds. Also, mildew in the showers, along with the ice machine running every day but hardly making any ice. We were also very dissatisfied with the change of rules with the parking passes. One has always been included with our room. It’s pretty ridiculous to have to pay an extra 25 for one that should be included. Thank you for fixing the broken mirror issue but we also feel that if the unit was cleaned well & better maintained then that would’ve been avoided. I hope this helps for future guests.

Hosts were responsive and provided relevant information we needed for our stay and were good to check in. Check in and out was easy. Some things we would recommend to improve the stay (especially considering the price of the unit) Each bed only had a single thin blanket and there were no extras in the unit. Towels were sparse (and thin) for a condo with 4 bedrooms and we had to wash them several times for a party our size. Pillows were incredibly flat. We noticed some mold in one of the showers. Condo is showing some signs of wear (furniture outdated and tiles on the hall floor are loose (they pop when you walk on them). Probably wouldn’t stay in this particular unit again as we do expect nicer amenities when we pay a premium price.

Great location for a small family vacation and everyone stays together. The rooms were clean and our hosts Madison and Cody were excellent. Communication was effective and helpful. Amazing views and a ton of fun for the entire family. The property could use some upgrades, but that's to be expected. Would definitely recommend and return.
