Upon arrival, the code we were given did not work so we waited outside until we could finally get ahold of someone to give us the correct code. When making dinner one night, we found there was no baking sheet so after we had gone out and bought our own, the property manager had one delivered to us. It definitely wasn’t the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in, but was tolerable enough for a quick trip. On day one we also tried to extend our stay by one night since we had a late flight and the property wasn’t booked again until the day after we checked out, but the manager wouldn’t allow it as they said the cleaning staff was scheduled to come at 9am the day we checked out. Unfortunately it seemed as if they cared more about the dollar signs than customer service. I will say that out of all the bad, it was a nice close walk to the beach and easy pool access.
