Just 30 yards from beach access, our spacious 1800+ sq ft home is perfect for groups and families! Featuring two master suites, a large kitchen, and plenty of sleeping options for groups. Relax on the private patio with a fire pit and BBQ, or take a short walk to 4 great restaurants, two liquor stores, and rentals for ATVs, surfboards, and boogie boards. Firewood sales make beach bonfires easy. With direct access to Oceano Dunes, adventure and relaxation are at your doorstep.

Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): This cozy room features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. It also includes a queen sleeper sofa in an adjacent sitting area, perfect for additional guests. The sitting area opens directly onto the back patio and includes a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): The spacious king suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the upstairs bathroom. This suite also features a separate attached area with a queen bed, a cozy library nook, a table for reading or working, and another queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

The main living area also provides a queen sleeper sofa for added accommodations.

The garage houses a washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided for your convenience. The bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, dinnerware, toaster, and a coffee station featuring both a Keurig Mini single-serve machine and a coffee pot. The nearest grocery store, Von's (1758 W. Grand Ave, Grover Beach), is just a short drive away.

You’re welcome to park in the 2-car garage, with additional space for two cars on the sloped driveway. There’s also a level parking spot at the back of the property, accessible from Strand Avenue.

The owners maintain their property in excellent condition - very clean and fully functional. Lots of extras that provide comfort and convenience, like the overhead heaters in the bathrooms.This home deserved our 5 star rating!!We hope to stay again soon.

My family of 5 has been vacationing in the Pismo Beach area for 25 years. We enjoy wine tasting, surfing, walking on the beach and riding in the dunes. The sunsets are some of the best anywhere. Pismo is our favorite spot to be together.

Why they chose this property

The house is 4 houses from the sand with direct access about 200 feet away. There are three restaurants within a short walk.

What makes this property unique

The house is clean and is the perfect getaway for 2 separate couples or two separate small families. It also is great for my large family.
