You're also centrally located with Rosemary and Alys to the East - just 10-15 mins via bike, or you're a golf cart ride away to Seaside to the West. You're in the middle of it all that 30A has to offer!
Prominence also features 2 resort style pools! The Northside pool is seasonally heated (Oct/Nov + Mar/April) and offers zero-entry (perfect for kids). The pool also features loungers, umbrellas, grills and dining, plus a locker room and restroom. The Southside pool features cabanas and loungers as well!

To Note: - Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (Unit C) There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding! - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

The unit was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location for us on 30A. Every detail/amenity was carefully thought out and executed. All you needed was your suitcase. The management company Kalos was amazing. Very attentive and responsive. Constant communication and very quick to respond back at any time. They really went the extra mile daily to ensure we had everything we needed; from good morning messages sending well wishes and hopes we had a good first night, to asking if we needed assistance with anything for the day. Would most definitely recommend using Kalos for your vacation planning.
The host of this property made it well worth staying here. The communication and instructions for checking in and out was great. They even had a list of nearby restaurants to eat at and recommended beaches and gave details on the parking capacity so you could plan ahead!! The property was well stocked with essentials for cooking meals in the home, and one day we were rained inside and so we found cards to keep us busy. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!!
