Peaceful Florida Retreat...Spacious 3BR/3BA Private Pool Home

This home is in the ideal location for all of your southwest Florida vacation activities and travel necessities. It’s only a five minute drive or a twelve minute bicycle ride to Bonita Beach and the locally famous Doc’s Beach House. Or head south the same distance to Barefoot Beach, one of Forbes “America’s Top 10 Beaches”.

The home is well maintained and fully equipped to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay for couples or families. It sleeps six and has plenty of room for lounging and dining, indoors or out. (See list of amenities below.) Pull into the driveway and slip into your private retreat. The view from the front door is a park-like setting with a small pond just beyond. The quiet lane has virtually no traffic. Out back is a beautiful private caged heated pool surrounded by a professionally landscaped lawn with lush tropical foliage, providing privacy from neighbors. You will even appreciate the view at night thanks to the landscape lighting.
If shopping is on your list of activities, Miromar Outlet Mall is just 20 minutes away, and Coconut Point Mall is only a 10 minute drive. Golf courses and parks are only minutes away in every direction. Miniature golf is three blocks away, Publix grocery 5 blocks, and CVS pharmacy a couple of blocks further. Plus it’s less than 30 minutes to Southwest Florida International Airport.
Interested in day trips? Head to Lover’s Key in 20 minutes, Fort Myers Pier in 30 minutes, Sanibel Island in less than an hour. Naples is just minutes away to the south, with shopping, dining, parks, botanical gardens, and beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Also nearby are water sports and activities such as kayaking/canoeing, boating, shelling, fishing, jet skiing, and sunset cruises. Disney world is a three hour drive and Key West is less than five hours away.

Baseball Trip/Vacation

This property was amazing. Very clean and had everything you could need for a great stay. Beach supplies, towels, cleaning essentials. Private pool was awesome and beds were comfortable. Owners were very easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. Location is close to the beach and plenty of dining options. Highly recommend and will definitely be looking to return.

FAMILY VACATION

This vacation home was by far the best we’ve ever stayed at. Jim and Lisa were great. They have everything in the house you can think of. We made endless memories here. Pictures do not give justice on how spacious this house is. Definitely will stay here again.

Another Amazing Stay!

This was our second stay at this wonderful home. We loved it the first time that we booked 2 weeks this past time. First, the pool is amazing! Temperature is amazing! Very nice size pool. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Love the Huge screen TV in Livingroom. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful!

4th year in a row renting this beautiful home for our annual Florida vacation. This house is amazing, it has everything you need, bath towels, beach towels, linens, beautiful bedding, lovely furnishings, bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards , sand toys ,washer, dryer , and so much more! Five minute drive to beach, shops, restaurants. Communication with Jim and Lisa is wonderful. You will not be disappointed renting this great Florida home. We plan to come back every year God willing !

Nice house

The stay was very enjoyable with the property being very nice. The pool was nicely up-kept and quite warm. The only surprise was that to get to it you have to go through the entrance of a trailer park.

Perfekt für Familien

Das Haus ist super für Familienmit Kleinkind ausgestattet. Neben dem Babybett gab es auch einen Kinderstuhl, Kindersicherung an den Steckdosen und auch an den Schiebetüren für die größeren Kinder. Zum Strand waren es lediglich 5 min mit dem Auto. Genügend Poolnudeln, ein Buggy für den Strand, Stühle und Sonnenschirm sowie Luftmatratzen waren in der Garage sowie am Pool gelagert. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und Drogeriemarkt waren ebenfalls in 5 min zu erreichen. Für einen Spieleabend standen ausreichend Spiele wie Monopoly, Karten oder Yatzee zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar falls es Rückfragen gab. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

This was my 3rd year in a row renting this house for a weeks vacation and it was just as great as the last 2. The house was so CLEAN when we arrived , it looked and smelled so good. The pool and Lanai area was perfect for the hot Florida weather. The house has everything you need for hanging at the pool, going to the beach, staying in or hosting some Florida family members for a BBQ. The owners are wonderful and always available if needed. Hope to be back for our 4th year!

Great rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was very clean. The rooms each had their own full bathroom attached. The pool was a nice size and a good temperature. We had fun watching shows on the large screen tv.

We loved the house

We are a family of 4. We had an awesome stay in Bonita. We had absolutely everything we needed! The owners are nice and made sure we had everything. We had no problems at all! The pool is awesome. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Perfect Florida Getaway

Our stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this property. The home was very clean, stocked with everything you could think of including beach towels, chairs, coolers, bikes, and pool accessories, and loungers. It also is a good location for anyone traveling with someone with disabilities or limited mobility because everything is easily accessible with walk-in showers. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beaches, stores, etc. The owners have great communication. Will definitely book here again in the future.

This was our second stay at this home. It’s just perfect. Nice quiet, private location. Beach, restaurants & shopping all an easy short drive. Quiet Neighborhood

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and only a 10-15 minute drive from our favorite beaches. We loved the layout of the house and that each bedroom has a bathroom attached. The house was clean and well maintained. We would definately stay here again.

Fantastic Bonita Springs Home

Everything about this house is perfect. The amenities are plentiful, the house pristine, the friendly owners, and the location. We enjoyed sunny afternoons relaxing in the heated pool and chaise lounges. The backyard is very private, guarded by thick tropical foliage and hedges. There’s an outdoor shower, just saying. The grocery store is a few minutes away, with many shopping and dining options within 10-15 minutes drive. The beach is about a 10 minute drive. We’re very happy to have stayed here and will probably return again.

Absolutely fantastic. The house has everything that a family could possibly need and the location is perfect. The owners were responsive and accommodating to our flight schedule that was changed by the airlines 3 times. There was nothing about the property or its owners that I would change.

We are Jim and Lisa from Carmel, Indiana, just north of Indianapolis. We both grew up in Indiana, with one of us attending Purdue University and Ball State University, and the other attending Indiana University. We enjoy outdoor activities such as golfing, swimming, and pickleball.

Why they chose this property

We had vacationed in the Bonita Springs area for several years, and decided that when it's time to retire we would spend the winters there. Well, we found the perfect house for us so we decided to share it with you outside of the time we spend there.

What makes this property unique

We picked this home over many others for several reasons. It's on a quiet lane with no through traffic. It's not in a gated community, which means family and friends don't have to check in. It's very close to one of our favorite places...the beach! And it's a beautiful Florida style home with a great pool and wonderful landscaping.
