Get ready to relax in "high style" in this 2-bedroom condo in Ponce Inlet. Panoramic views of the ocean, the intercoastal, the jetty and the Ponce Inlet lighthouse. This amazing property features both a balcony and a private rooftop patio with ocean views great for outdoor dining, watching dolphins, surf sports, and shuttle launches.

The master suite has 1 king bed with views of the ocean and a custom bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed with views of the lighthouse and intercoastal. Both bedrooms have TVs and linens/towels are provided. The second bath has tub/shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with Corian counters, soft close cabinets, dining ware, and major appliances. Inside eating area includes dining nook with pub table and counter stools perfect for a small group of guests. The laundry area is just off the kitchen with washer/dryer and laundry sink.

Den has ocean view, electric fireplace, digital piano, and TV. Wi-fi is included. Utilities are included up to $100 per month.

The property has a pool and the beach walk-over is across the street, There is onsite parking and an elevator.
