Our unit is in a small cluster of condos - not a crowded high rise and located directly on one of Florida's greatest beaches and is one of America's classic beach towns.

We are close to 3 different airports...Orlando International Airport, Orlando Sanford International Airport, and Daytona Beach International Airport.

Many people drive from all around the country to get to this special beach, and this unit is not your average Florida beachfront condominium either. Our complex has only 32 units, and makes for a quaint and quiet vacation destination for your family. The buildings start just 20 feet from the sand and seawall, making this one of the closest condominiums to the Atlantic Ocean in all of New Smyrna Beach! Enjoy your days lounging by the pool, walking, bicycling (bring your own or rent), surfing, jogging, digging in the sand, collecting shells, playing games down on the beach or go for a fun swim in the ocean!

There is something to do for everyone. Visit historic Flagler Avenue for shopping. Experience the vibrant art culture or take a stroll at the nearby Dunes State Park that has an easy access boardwalk. History and science buffs will enjoy Sugar Mill Ruins, Ponce de Leon Lighthouse and Museum, or the Marine Science Center. For a different vibe, venture over to nearby Daytona!

Seoond time to rent was just as good as the first

This is truly one of our favorite places to stay in NSB. This is our second time renting this condo, and we will definitely be back. The pool is right outside your door, and the beach is only few steps away. The condo location is close to area restaurants and shops, but it is also in a very quiet area of NSB. The condo has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our family of four. Rhonda is also a great host and very responsive to messages.

This is a great place to stay! Its ground level location overlooking the pool and the ocean makes for an excellent stay. It was perfect for my family, especially our two young children. The condo was well stocked with essentials for the kitchen, laundry, and bath, including multi use shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms. New owner, Rhonda was a great host and good communicator. Would stay here again!

NSB Gem!

Immediate access to pool and beach from this first floor treasure! Worth every penny we saved to make this vacation happen. No cars on this portion of beach. Beds are comfy, kitchen well equipped! A wonderful spot.

Great view and great location in NSB

The condo was perfect for our family of five. The ocean and pool are steps away from the condo, and the view allowed us to enjoy our meals while watching the waves roll in. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay in NSB. The beds were super comfy, and having a washer and dryer in unit was a definite plus. Check in was very easy, and Rhonda was great at communicating with us. We also loved the location of the condo as it on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was close to everything we wanted to do, yet it was far enough down Atlantic to feel that we were a little more secluded. We would definitely come back.

Location is good, ground floor unit on the non driving part of NSB but overall cleanliness and condition of the unit was poor. The refrigerator is falling apart, there was a huge cockroach in the tub while our kids were taking a bath! Unit smelled musky when entering. The sheets and pillows were stained and old. I would not stay here again unfortunately.

Dear Florencia, Thank you for your review and I am extremely sorry (and even appalled) at your experience. This is definitely not an acceptable experience for our guests. We have contacted our property manager and have set-up recurring bug spray treatments to ensure that does not ever happen again. We also have learned from our cleaning unit that the freezer door on the fridge has become misaligned causing frost to build up on the inside. We have ordered a new fridge/freezer that is expected to be delivered in April. We have also asked our cleaning unit to permanently remove any stained sheets or pillows and replace with brand new ones. While most other experiences per other reviews have been positive, your experience is unacceptable and we will work harder to ensure this does not happen again to our guests in the future. We recently purchased this property for our young family to be able to enjoy year after year, and we are excited to be able to share this beautiful unit with you, too. Our boys spend hours playing in the sand and the beach is perfect for my husband’s morning jog. And, we all enjoy the large heated pool! Our family likes to walk a mile to the kids' playground to the north as well.

Why they chose this property

We love how handy the unit is to the pool and beach. Traveling, we often bring Grandma and Grandpa, and what they love best is just sitting and gazing out the window at the ocean view. Our family likes to ride bikes and about a block down the road is an easy access to ride your bike right onto the beach.

What makes this property unique

We are so blessed to find this gem of a property with a small community feel that is quiet and laid back - exactly like our personalities. The people here are very friendly and everything is close by. You will never run out of things to do. It’s the perfect fit for our family, and we know you will be very happy here as well.
