House look very nice and clean. The floors were not mopped. My grandbaby was running around in her socks and it was filthy. We could not find a mop or broom. There is a no smoking or vape that we didnt know about until we got there which was fine but the neighbors sure smoked a lot of weed on one side and the dog barked at night on the other side. The host was wonderful. We arrived a little early and asked for early check in to use bathroom, but had to leave to find one. They did reply back that it was ok but we couldnt wait and had already left. I would stay here again though.

This was, without question, one of the most unsafe and disturbing stays I have ever experienced. If you value your safety even slightly, do not stay at this property. The home is located in an extremely sketchy neighborhood with constant, questionable activity happening at all hours, especially late at night. From the moment we arrived, it was clear something was not right. To make matters worse, the house itself was not properly secured. Windows were left unlocked, and one was even missing a screen entirely. There was no indication the property had been checked or prepared with guest safety in mind. What happened that night made the situation truly alarming. The moment we arrived back at the house (close to 11pm) a car parked across the street and shined its headlights directly into the house for over 30 minutes. Shortly after, another vehicle pulled up directly in front of the home. A man dressed entirely in black, along with two others, lingered around the car and its trunk for several minutes. At that point, we genuinely feared for our safety and felt we had no choice but to leave in the middle of the night. It is clear this home is known as an VRBO in the neighborhood and is an easy target. The most unacceptable part was the owner’s complete lack of response and concern. There was no urgency or accountability when we reached out. When they did respond it was a snarky remark. This place is not just disappointing, it feels unsafe. Stay somewhere else.

House look clean but floors needed mopping. My grand baby socks were filthy from walking on the floor. The host was wonderful. We asked to be let in early and they were more then willing to let us. They responded in a timely manner but we couldn't wait to go to the bathroom so we went to the store to use the bathroom.
