In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to create delicious home-cooked meals, with plenty of counter space for prep and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker to start your mornings right. When it’s time to unwind, step out onto the private patio where a table for two offers the ideal spot to sip a drink and take in the peaceful golf course views.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen size beds, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor walkdown unit with 16 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• This home is equipped with (one) 1 external Ring security camera, located to the left of the front door and monitoring the exterior entryway.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
