Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics you need to put together anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. Pull up a chair at the dining table or perch at the breakfast bar, then carry your evening outside to the spacious deck for al fresco dining with lagoon views as your backdrop.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, two bedrooms offer a restful retreat for up to four guests. The primary suite features a king bed with a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is fitted with two single beds - well suited for children, siblings, or friends traveling together. California closets and natural light make both rooms comfortable and easy to settle into.

The villa includes two full bathrooms upstairs and a convenient half bath on the main level - three bathrooms in total, giving everyone plenty of space. Both full bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and cleaning products.

Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
