The Space:

Enjoy views of the ocean and Calibogue Sound from this bright and welcoming condo. While the highlight of this rental is surely the furnished wraparound balcony, there's plenty inside to make you happy as well.



Wake up ready to greet each morning in the primary bedroom, where a brand-new mattress ensures wonderful nights of sleep. After a day of adventure, you can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with new appliance upgrades (including the microwave and dishwasher), host family game nights in the dining area, or kick back and watch your favorite shows on the large TV in the sunlit living space. If you opt to catch up on some remote work, high-speed WiFi (370-450 MBPS) ensures everything is lag-free. The washer and updated dryer make laundry worries a thing of the past.



On the grounds, enjoy access to on-site amenities that include a community pool and grilling area. When you're ready to get out and explore, book a fishing trip or a dolphin cruise through one of the local marinas, or simply rent a canoe or kayak and take a leisurely paddle around the waterways. Three miles from this rental is the Sea Pines Beach Club, offering a seafood restaurant, a beach bar, and access to another stretch of sand. The condo is also conveniently close to golf courses and the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, a protected nature area with walking paths, boat tours, and an archaeological site (five miles). Great host and communication. Amazing views and location. We had a beautiful week on the island. My only suggestion would be to fix some items: curtains are coming detached from the rod, carpet and furniture need to be updated, as do bathrooms. We also weren’t provided items that we normally get like dish tabs, trash bags, or dish soap. We left a couple beach chairs in the laundry area because there weren’t any there, also left some dish tabs, and left some detergent. Overall, we did love it and had a great time but just a few areas of improvement.

Great location

Great location near all the South Beach shops and restaurants. Loved the quick access to the beach and the pool with great fishing off the beach. Walked to local Pickleball courts for a fun evening activity.

The condo was very nice. Everything you need is there. It is dated, but very clean. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The views are wonderful. I would have done 5 stars, but there was a lot of construction going on around us so we left a day early. I hated to miss a day, but the noise was too much.

Level set your expectations for this condo. The good: it's in a fabulous spot with great views, a great pool, easy beach access and ample parking for cars and bikes. It's right across the street from South Beach/Salty Dog, next to the tennis & pickleball courts and community pool. The beds were comfortable and bedding and linens were clean and fresh. The condo is spacious and the two masters on opposite sides of the condo were great for maximum privacy. The deck furniture looked new and was really enjoyable. The washer and dryer were also really helpful to have. The bad: it's super dated and looks tired and run down. A fresh coat of paint, cleaning the carpets, updating the bathrooms with a real good deep cleaning would go a long way. The reality: it's not bad for what you pay for since we spent most our time outside enjoying HH. Check in was a mess because the map on the listing didn't match the address so that was confusion #1. The exterior shutter door has a lock box on it and that was confusion #2 because it has nothing to do with the actual lock on the door. Completely unclear in the check in directions, so ignore the lock box, open the shutter door and let yourself in with the code from the rental agency. We checked in very late, had to call the realty after-hours line, and cudos to them someone did call me back within 20 minutes to figure it out.
