pros: the rooms were comfortable. The view was nice. The kids thought the loft was super cool. Cons: the “road” to the property. The smell of the water inside the cabin. The view was nice for us, and we enjoyed that the beds were comfortable. The space was small but good. However, the road to the place was water logged and bumpy. Not to mention muddy and long. Having to shut and lock the gate every time we left was not the best. Also the water smelled so bad. I wouldn’t even wash my hair because of the smell. Ive lived around the area for a long time and never smelled water like that constantly. Overall, the stay wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t ever pay to stay there again.

Host profile image
I'm a world traveler and a fisherman at heart. I speak both English and Spanish and grew up in Costa Rica from ages 5 to 17 before finishing school in Mountain Home, Arkansas. After that, I travelled to the Philippines, where I worked for my father's business partner and later started a company with my brothers. Today, I run my own business, and I truly believe God has guided me through every up and down along the way.

Life has been full of blessings and challenges, and I've learned to trust that God always has a reason for each season. These experiences have shaped who I am today – a person who values hard work, adventure, and connecting with people from all walks of life.

Being a host is my current focus, and I aim to serve my guest with the same care, respect and gratitude that God has shown me throughout my life. I'm always learning, and I love meeting people from around the world, hearing their journey and sharing a little piece of my own journey.

I believe every guest interaction is part of God's plan, and I take joy in making each stay as comfortable, welcoming, and memorable as possible. Tips, advice, or friendly conversations as always welcome – I love learning from every connection and sharing in the small blessings of everyday life.

Whether you're here to explore, relax, or enjoy a little adventure, I hope my home feels like a warm and welcoming place for your stay. I'm grateful for the opportunity to host and for the chance to meet wonderful people along the way.

In all my years, I’ve never seen a more beautiful property. Everything you’ll need in town is just a short drive away, yet when you’re here, it feels like a world apart. I’ve completely fallen in love with this place, and I’m sure you will too.
