A beautifully decorated and updated space!! And it had everything we needed. I loved being so close to the beach, oceanfront really, and also enjoyed the pool area. And bikes were an extra bonus which we really enjoyed. I’d come back in a heartbeat!!

This is a fantastic location and very nice property convenient to anything you would like to do. The condo has everything you could need when you arrive. It is perfect for a couple, or a couple of friends. It’s clean, nicely decorated and organized, with a great compact kitchen, and beautiful bathroom and shower. You will witness the best sunrise in VA Beach straight out from your location. My second time here. Having the pool there is nice as well. eat is a wonderful restaurant on site. Also check out Margie and Ray’s Seafood restaurant a half hour drive away, and Tacos and Tequila just a short walk down the beach to the left.

Mother/Daughter Trip

This place was PERFECT for my mom and I. The location was perfect for exploring the boardwalk, beach, and bike riding. We were able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the amenities. The hosts were extremely gracious and kind. If we ever come back to VA beach we’ll be staying here.

Sea breeze

Our stay was fairly uneventful which is what we wanted. The condo was perfect for two people. It was clean, well equipped with kitchen and bath supplies, and right on the ocean. The weather was ideal. We walked the beach, read books and ate a lot of good food. We visited The Aquarium one day and we drove around to check out some of the neighborhoods.

VA Beach Studio

When arrived, the building seemed a little dated and run down. However, the unit itself was perfect - spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We even had an ocean view!

Great location but some issues with the property

Property seemed clean upon arrival but we saw several cockroaches over our weekend stay there. The AC also did not work well, fortunately it was not very hot outside but it would have been miserable for a stay later in the summer.

Response from VrboOwner on 17 Jun 2025
Hi Jacob, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The A/C system was serviced just before your arrival, and we promptly addressed the issue by resetting the unit as soon as it was reported.- We haven't encountered any previous reports regarding bugs; however, regular treatments for water bugs are part of our maintenance plan, while such sightings are uncommon.- Thanks to the home’s natural surroundings, occasional outdoor pests can be expected, something that’s difficult to prevent fully.Thank you for your feedback.

Quiet location and room was beautiful

Room was beautiful and a little bigger than I originally thought. GPS kept telling us to go left at the 40th street light because our room was behind the restaurant. This room was not beach front like we thought we were getting but the room itself made up for that! The murals on the wall were gorgeous.kitchen was perfect for my son an I to cook in. Bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. Bed and pullout couch were perfect for just the two of us. Parking is very tight but grateful to have parking and being right next to board walk and beach.

Vacation Stay

The exterior of the property was old and weathered. The inside of the condo was nice and clean. The VRBO I picked said the property had a balcony and ocean view and it had neither. Our view was the pool of the hotel beside us. We were on the side of the condos 1st floor that had a open covered walkway not a balcony. The pictures on the site are deceiving. They are pictures of some of the condos but not necessarily the one your renting. That needs to be corrected. Everything else was fine besides that.

Don't stay here

Directions to unit were vague. It took half an hour to locate. When we walked in, the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. All of my clothes and luggage reekedof it even after three days. Every drawer, cupboard and countertop was occupied with the owner's personal things so that there was no space to unpack. There was leftover food in the refrigerator. The website photo shows an oceanfront view , but the unit was located at the end of a long, scary alley next to a restaurant's dumpster. I would have walked out, but we had to prepay for the stay and it was late when we arrived. I emailed the owner with out concerns the next morning, but did not receive any reply or acknowledgement. Very dissatisfied. Will most likely never book through Vrbo again.

Family vacation

Stay was great. Location even better. The family and I loved being right on the boardwalk. Easy access to all the restaurants and shops. Being right on the beach was the highlight. Very cute little condominium we stayed in. Just the right size. And had all the right amenities
